The Kunsthal—literally the Cultural Hall—of Rotterdam is located in the Museum Park and is thus a privileged location for intellectual and cultural activities, receptions and events.

The iconic and recently renovated building was designed by the renowned architect Rem Koolhaas. It features a spacious and colorful auditorium, particularly suitable for academic lectures, panel discussions, audiovisual presentations, exhibitions, and concerts.

Very close to the Kunsthal, in the same Museum Park, visitors will find the Rotterdam’s Museum of Natural History, the Museum Boijmans Van Beuningen—which hosts one of the richest collections of art in Europe—and the famous Netherlands Architecture Institute (NAI).
